The Culture
Our culture is built around collaboration, creativity, and cutting the BS. We believe the best ideas speak for themselves and you shouldn’t invite the devil’s advocate to a brainstorming session. Sandlot & Co. is made up of fun, motivated, and ambitious people. We’re intentional about building our team through monthly activities outside of the office.
The Mascot
We may not be the only agency with an office dog, but we’re the only agency with a Winston. Weighing in at 65 lbs of pure fluff, Winston is the perfect hypoallergenic toe warmer. So yeah, your favorite co-worker at Sandlot & Co. is likely to be an English Sheepdog.
The Location
Located within the heart of Kansas City, right on the KC Streetcar line, we’re close to everything. Local farmer’s markets, walking trails, and a plethora of unique restaurants that set our neighborhood apart. Guy Fieri even came to check it out (we’re still not sure if this is a pro or a con).
The Food
Too many office fridges look like a lunchbox turf war, so we try to keep our fridge stocked. Whether it’s soup during the winters or BBQ during the summers, it’s rare you won’t find something to feed that late afternoon craving.
The Coffee
Our friends at KC Coffee Collective make sure we’re stocked with the latest and greatest roasts from around the Kansas City area like Messenger Coffee and Hammerhand. Don’t like free coffee? We won’t judge you for hitting up any one of the five local coffee shops within walking distance.
Summer Hours
We work harder and faster than other agencies, and as a reward for that work ethic, we leave early on Fridays (as long as the work is done) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
4.2 Current Openings
In order to keep growing, we need the top recruits to join the Sandlot & Co. team. If you love to work hard, move fast, and find new and better ways to do things, you may be just what we’re looking for! However, if you’re looking for status quo work that never changes and a beige cubicle, Sandlot & Co. is not right for you.
